Group Facilitation/ Community Collaboration, Systems Building, and Capacity Building
While in a leadership role for Southern 7 Health Department in rural southern Illinois one of our founder's primary roles was to establish and nurture innovative community partnerships and collaborations. We have a thorough working knowledge of all the major funding streams and programming within the Early Childhood Systems including Child Care, Head Start, Part C Early Intervention and Maternal Infant Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV). At the same time we have expertise in the SUD and Recovery Support field combined with experience supporting Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) development at the state and local level.
This unique blend of experience is key to recognizing the key contributions of a wide array of community partners when it comes to systems building and cross sector collaboration, particularly when it comes to supporting families in Recovery from Substance Use Disorders.
